How it Got Started
As a qualified Somatologist (beauty therapist), I spent years helping women and teen girls feel good in their skin through self-care practices.
But something deeper always caught my attentio, —especially in teen girls.
I noticed how often confidence was missing, how self-worth seemed like a struggle, and how many were silently questioning their value.
That’s how iheartME began.
It started with skincare and self-care, but quickly became so much more. I realized true confidence doesn’t just come from the outside—it’s deeply rooted in the mind and the heart.
iheartME was born to help girls and women reconnect with themselves in a way that builds authentic, lasting confidence.
Because I believe this with my whole heart: if we nurture strong, emotionally aware teenagers today, we’re shaping healthier, more whole adults for tomorrow
How it grew
While helping others look and feel better, which I thought was my only mission in life, I reached a breaking point in my own life—I was diagnosed with clinical depression.
I didn’t like how I felt in my skin or my soul self, my spirit felt deflated.
Something was missing. I knew I had to heal, to reconnect with the real me.
And that journey was the beginning of a profound transformation.
I studied Clinical Hypnosis through Marisa Peer’s modality called Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), and adding coaching, I changed the way I helped people find healing and reconnect with their true self.
These tools gave me the healing I needed and unlocked a greater, more fulfilling mission within me - I now wish this healing on every woman, every wife, every mom who feels like they’ve lost touch with themselves.
Today, I help others return to their truth. Because the most beautiful place to live is inside a self you know, love, and trust.
How It’s Evolving
iheartME is becoming a movement of healing and wholeness - what I call
Emotional Kintsugi.
Like the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold, I help women and teens piece together their past with love, not shame.
We don’t discard parts of ourselves—we honor them, rebuild stronger, and shine even brighter.
Through private, sacred online courses, iheartME offers the chance to refresh, reconnect, and repeat until healing takes root and growth becomes second nature making the past imprint redundant.
It’s personal, powerful, and done in your own time - because transformation is not a race.
There is so much more to life than the watered-down version we sometimes settle for.
You are worthy of living as your full, true, radiant self.
iheartME is more than a name - it’s a belief.
I cannot truly be for others if I am not fully being myself.
But when I love and respect myself, I send out a ripple effect. And that’s how the world changes -one connected, confident soul at a time.
